vcenter nsx deployment license: update

Updates the license key on the NSX Manager Appliance. Warning: This operation is part of a new feature in development. It may be changed at any time and may not have all supported functionality implemented.

Errors:

HTTP Status Code Type Description
500 error if any other error occurs.
400 invalid_argument if the input spec is not valid.
401 unauthenticated if the user can not be authenticated.
403 unauthorized if the user is not a member of the Administrators group.
400 not_allowed_in_current_state if the operation is already in progress or license cannot be applied in the current state. NSX Manager Appliance may not be installed yet and is not responding.
